How I work

Three things
I won't compromise on.

Five years of shipping has narrowed my opinions, not broadened them. These are the three I'd defend at a whiteboard.

I ship the whole thing.
Design, frontend, backend, infra. The fewer hands a feature passes through, the faster it gets to users — and the more its details survive.
Demos before decks.
If it doesn't run on a real device, it isn't real. Every project I list is clickable. No screenshots dressed up as products.
Mentor often.
I had no mentor for the first three years of my career. So I make time every week for engineers who do — at DeepThought, in DMs, in PR reviews.

Weekends: Maintaining four MIT-licensed JS libraries and a 60-FPS twin-stick shooter that demos them all.

Four MIT-licensed JavaScript libraries shipped on the open web. Each ships ESM + UMD via Rollup. Together they compose into a single twin-stick shooter that runs at 60 FPS from one HTML file.
